Jiu-Jitsu in St. Bethlehem, TN
MMAFFC is 10 minutes away on Fort Campbell Blvd. Real jiu-jitsu, no contracts, and your first class is free.
St. Bethlehem is a distinct community on Clarksville's eastern side. While technically part of the city, locals know it has its own identity and community feel. For St. Bethlehem residents, MMAFFC is just a 10 to 12-minute drive depending on which side of Wilma Rudolph Boulevard you're starting from.
Why St. Bethlehem Residents Choose MMAFFC
A lot of St. Bethlehem students at MMAFFC came to the gym after trying one of the larger commercial fitness facilities along Wilma Rudolph and finding that the martial arts offerings there were either nonexistent or generic. The 24-hour gym model doesn't produce serious grappling training — it produces an empty mat with whoever happens to show up. Real BJJ requires structure, a coach, a curriculum, and consistent training partners. MMAFFC has all four.
Coach Don Dees holds his BJJ black belt under Prof. Matt Larsen — founder of the Army Combatives Program. The training reflects that lineage. For St. Bethlehem residents who are looking for actual instruction rather than a room full of equipment, the difference is immediate.
Class Schedule
Adult fundamentals runs Monday through Friday at 7PM with open mat following at 8PM. Kids programs run earlier — Little Warriors for ages 4–8 at 5PM, Junior BJJ for ages 9–15 at 6PM. Women's Only BJJ runs Monday and Wednesday at 6:15PM with Coach Kim. Kickboxing on Tuesday and Thursday at 6PM is included with BJJ membership.
For St. Bethlehem families, the proximity makes a multi-program family schedule actually workable. Kids drop-off, adult class, pickup — all within a tight enough window to be a normal weeknight rather than a logistical exercise.
No Contracts
The no-contract structure works particularly well for St. Bethlehem residents because the area sees significant turnover with military families and Austin Peay students. Annual contracts don't fit either group. MMAFFC is month to month, every month, no exceptions.
First Class Is Free
MMAFFC is at 2126 Fort Campbell Blvd Suite B, Clarksville, TN 37042. From St. Bethlehem, head west on 41A or via Wilma Rudolph — about 10–12 minutes.
